Despite the new company name and the associated changes, the positive experience for you as customers and partners remains unchanged. We will continue to be there for you with the same dedication and quality!
No, nothing is changing here. We are and will remain an owner-managed family business.
As already said, only the company name changes. All agreements made remain unaffected. Specifically: The framework agreements remain valid in their current form and the current prices also remain unchanged. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
Your contact partners will remain the same. They will only change their email addresses as part of the reorganisation and the change of company - firstname.surname@proroll.de will become firstname.surname@northcomp.com.
However, this will be done automatically and proactively - you don't have to do anything!
We started proroll in 1986 as a supplier of castors and wheels - so the name fitted. Today, castors and wheels only make up part of our portfolio.
So the name no longer fits. The COMP in the name makes it clear that components are our core business - and that includes castors and wheels.
NORTH stands for a clear attitude. For example, we identify with much of what the Scandinavian countries stand for: the social aspect, the focus on human needs, the proximity to nature and the environment (sustainability concept), the clear, timeless design. NORTH also stands for new beginnings.
As a brand, Northcomp embodies courage and curiosity - as a team ("expedition") we are always on a journey of discovery. This is how we shape the future.
The reorganisation has no negative impact on our products and services - on the contrary! We are endeavouring to make everything we offer even better and to be bolder, rethink and break new ground. You can continue to count on our first-class solutions and excellent service.
