MCSE Course Catalog
For system engineers and administrators, the MCSE certification will show you know Windows 2000 inside and out. The tests have gotten much more rigorous and go into all the main features of Windows, including both Professional and Server, as well as a heavy dose of Active Directory. If you're currently a system administrator or want to be one, the Microsoft Official Curriculum courses that we teach can help you achieve that goal. The MCSE requirements are available online. While we don't teach all the available electives, you're sure to find something of interest in the catalog. Training can be delivered on site at your facility, thus saving you travel costs and lost productivity.

SQL Server

Microsoft SQL Server is one of the best database products on the market. For an MCSD, learning and being certified on SQL Server can count as an elective test towards MCSD. Below are the classes that we teach that deal with SQL Server. The current MCSD-related tests for SQL Server are available for both SQL 7.0 and SQL Server 2000.

Course 2071: Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2000 with Transact-SQL
Course 2072: Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft SQL Server 2000
Course 2073: Programming a Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Database
Course 833: Implementing a Database on Microsoft SQL Server 7.0

Windows 2000 Network Design

The Windows 2000 MCSE requirements include a required design exam, but the other two optional design exams can be used as electives. For people new to the program, we recommend taking all three design exams in place of other applications. It will better prepare you for the job requirements of being an MCSE.

Course 1561: Designing a Microsoft Windows 2000 Directory Services Infrastructure
Course 1562: Designing a Microsoft Windows 2000 Network Infrastructure
Course 2150: Designing Security for a Microsoft Windows 2000 Network
