Marketing Strategy & Project Manager (m/f/d)

Central Management

You will coordinate all marketing activities and ensure that initiatives are effectively integrated and implemented efficiently.

Campaigns & Creation

You will develop creative campaign ideas for various industries and target groups – from the initial concept through to implementation.
In doing so, you will focus on clear messaging, strong hooks and effective concepts.

Website & Content
You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the content of our website (Typo3) and ensuring that content is up-to-date, engaging and tailored to the target audience.

Agency Management

You will brief and manage our external agencies and ensure that creative approaches are implemented effectively and further developed.

Data & Structure

You will continue to build our customer data structure and use it as the basis for targeted campaigns.

Tracking & Reporting

You measure the performance of our initiatives, draw lessons from them and continuously refine campaigns.

• Experience in marketing, particularly in the development and implementation of campaigns

• Creativity and a keen understanding of target audiences, content and effective communication

• The ability not only to develop ideas but also to implement them in a structured manner

• Confidence in working with KPIs, tracking and performance analysis

• Experience of working with agencies or external partners

• Experience in website maintenance, ideally with Typo3, as well as knowledge of common Adobe applications (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign) is desirable

• You contribute your own ideas and want to see that your work has a measurable impact.
